One payment, no renewal. A lead bills at its posted price only when you claim it. The estimate is an estimate, not a promise.

Questions

What happens if I pass?: Nothing. The lead goes to the open feed and your balance doesn't move.
What if I don't answer in time?: Same as a pass. You get 30 to 90 minutes, depending on the lead. After that, the lead goes to the open feed.
What if my balance runs low?: A lead comes to you first only if your balance covers its price. Otherwise it skips you and goes to the open feed. Top up and first look resumes.
Can I get my money back?: Yes. Unused balance refunds on request. Credits from bad leads stay as credits.
