Program Overview

Program Name: Annuity Whale Lead Alerts

Annuity Whale provides SMS text message notifications to registered users who have opted in to receive alerts when new activity is processed and available in their service area.

This is a transactional notification service - we send you alerts about your account activity, not marketing messages.

How to Opt-In

To receive SMS alerts, you must:

  1. Complete the signup form on our website at annuitywhale.com
  2. Check the box indicating you wish to receive SMS text alerts
  3. Provide a valid mobile phone number
  4. Submit the form to confirm your opt-in

By opting in, you explicitly consent to receive SMS text messages from Annuity Whale about new lead notifications and account activity.

Message Frequency

Message frequency varies depending on account activity in your service area. You may receive:

  • Multiple messages per day during high activity periods
  • No messages on days when no new prospects match your criteria
  • Occasional service announcements or system updates

We do not send a fixed number of messages per month. Frequency is based entirely on your account activity.

Message Content

SMS messages will contain:

  • Account activity reference information (name, location, details)
  • Timestamp of when the activity was processed
  • Instructions to check your email or dashboard for full details

Example message: "New prospect: John Smith from Miami, FL. Investment: $500k. Check your email for details."

How to Opt-Out

You may opt-out of SMS alerts at any time using any of these methods:

  • Text STOP: Reply STOP to any SMS message from Annuity Whale
  • Account Settings: Log in to your dashboard and disable SMS alerts in your notification preferences
  • Contact Us: Email leads@annuitywhale.com requesting to be removed from SMS alerts

After opting out, you will receive one final confirmation message, and then no further SMS messages will be sent (you will still receive email notifications unless you opt out of those separately).

Costs & Fees

Annuity Whale does not charge you for SMS messages. However:

  • Message and data rates may apply based on your mobile carrier's plan
  • Standard text messaging rates from your carrier will apply to each message sent and received
  • Contact your mobile carrier for information about your text messaging plan and rates

Supported Carriers

Our SMS service is available on all major U.S. mobile carriers, including:

AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon, Sprint, Boost, Cricket, MetroPCS, U.S. Cellular, Virgin Mobile, and others.

Privacy & Data

Your phone number and SMS preferences are handled according to our Privacy Policy.

  • We do not sell or share your phone number with third parties
  • Phone numbers are used only for sending you lead notifications
  • We retain your phone number as long as you have an active account
  • You may request deletion of your phone number by contacting support

We may update these SMS Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you via email and/or SMS. Your continued use of SMS alerts after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
