FAQ

Common questions

Straight answers about exclusive annuity leads, pricing, and county ownership.

The leads

How are the leads generated?

We run our own ad campaigns and landing pages for every county in America. A prospect researches annuities, clicks one of our ads, and submits their details. Every lead is verified before it reaches you. Nothing is scraped, recycled, or bought from a list broker.

How fast do leads arrive?

Alerts hit your inbox the moment a qualified prospect submits, usually within minutes.

Do you do live transfers or preset appointments?

No. You get the verified lead in real time, the moment they submit, with their preferred contact method and time. Calling a prospect minutes after they asked for help beats any transfer queue.

What if a lead is bad?

If the contact info is invalid or the prospect denies requesting annuity information, contact us within 7 days for a full refund.

What states do you cover?

All 50. Pick any states when you sign up and change them anytime.

Do I need to be licensed to buy annuity leads?

The platform is built for licensed insurance agents and financial advisors. We verify county holders and expect every buyer to be properly licensed in the states they work.

Can I get leads into my CRM?

Every lead lands in your inbox with the full details the moment you buy it. Nothing hides behind a login: your leads arrive by email and drop into any CRM from there. An account page exists if you want your history in one place, but you never need it to work your leads.

Pricing

How much do annuity leads cost?

Each lead is priced on its own, $75 to $410, based on its details. The exact price is posted on every lead before you buy, and it is the same price for everyone. Alerts are free and there are no minimums.

Is there a monthly minimum or budget commitment?

No. There is no monthly minimum, no budget commitment, and no card required to join. You buy leads one at a time when you want them. The only recurring charges that exist are the ones you choose: holding a county or adding ad budget.

Is there any contract or subscription?

No contracts, ever. Alerts are free and leads are bought one at a time. Holding a county is month to month, cancel any month; small counties bill quarterly, since the ads need time in the water, then cancel any month after the first quarter.

What decides my county price?

County prices run $497 to $3,997/mo by county size, set by population. The exact price for any county is on its territory page.

Exclusivity

Are the leads really exclusive?

Yes. A lead sells exactly once. The first agent to buy it owns the contact information forever; it is never resold and never shared.

Can I lock a whole county?

Yes. Claim your county and every lead it produces routes to you alone for a flat monthly rate, from $497/mo. No racing other agents.

Why one agent per county?

Consumers get a better experience from one local agent who answers fast than from five agents racing to the same phone number. One agent per county means every lead gets real attention.

Does holding a county make the leads cheaper?

No, and be suspicious of anyone who says otherwise. Every lead bills at the same posted price everyone pays, $75 to $410. The county buys everything around the lead: exclusive routing, and county pages that carry your name, face, and company, so the lead already knows you when they submit the form.

I own a county. How do I manage or cancel it?

From your agent portal any month, or use the no-sign-in billing link from your welcome email. Manage your claim (no sign-in needed)
