The term follows the county's lead rate, so a single slow month never decides it. A county that produces three or more leads a month runs month to month. About one a month runs 3 months. About one every two months runs 6. Slower than that runs 12. The term is posted on the county page before you pay a cent.

What if the lead is bad?
